All too often people believe there is something different or wrong about themselves. This is usually due to society having supressed communication regarding the natural human form. Here are some things I've learned that I think everyone should know.
The male body
Too small - The average male is obsessed with penis size. Most believe their penis is too small.
This usually comes from two basic things:
Childhood - All boys mature at their own rate. This can lead to boys of the same age with an extreme variety of size. For some this can lead to a childhood trauma by believing they are somehow inadequate. The time to get over it is right now. There is no reason to believe such a silly thing.
Society - The way society currently refers to the average size of the penis needs to be adjusted. The measurement they use is the average length of the fully erect penis which is a ridiculous thing to do since males don't generally run around in a state of Arousal. The measurement should include the average normal length.
(at maybe 18 degrees celcius.. hehe)
RELAX, your size is the perfect size. If you are at peace with yourself that is what others will pick up on.
Crooked - Testicles hang down at different heights. They are designed in this manner in order to slide around one another when sitting, etc.
Lop-sided - It is normal that one testicle will be somewhat larger than the other.
Different looking - Some have skin that completely covers the head of the Penis. Some have the head completely showing. Others only partially covered. This 'foreskin' can be anywhere from very short to very long. In certain circumstances this foreskin is surgically removed. This is called circumcision.
The sooner you accept the way you look the happier you'll be and the more at ease others can be around you.
The female body
Since I am not female this section will be more difficult. When I have a proper perspective I will populate these fields.
Too small - Society currently has a fixation with breasts. They are looked upon as being sexual symbols and so the thought pattern is 'the bigger the better'. In unclothed circumstances there is no need for sexual symbols, there will be no mistaking gender whatever the size.
"In my opinion" - Small breasts should be celebrated. They are not as affected by gravity and are more likely to maintain their shape over time.
Crooked - It is common for one breast to be higher than the other and one to point slightly differently.
Lop-sided - It is common for one breast to be somewhat larger than the other. Not unlike how muscles are often bigger on the dominant side of the body, etc.
Different looking -
Breasts - Some breasts have small nipples similar to those of many men. Some have large nipples that cover the entire front of the breast. Others somewhat in between. Breasts range from pointy, round , long and thin. Some stand off the body while others fall against the body.

Arousal
Sometimes a new experience with its new sensations can stimulate arousal.
AND/OR
Sometimes the mind can begin to fantasize causing arousal. (i.e. an experience that was once thought of as being taboo, an empathic encounter / laran event, etc.)
In order to prevent arousal from taking control at inappropriate times what needs to be done is to put the mind at ease while you become acustomed to the experience. What might work best is to begin thinking of something else that is neutral. Face away from others or roll over on your stomach (if you happen to be laying down) until you get things back under control. Over time these moments of 'uncontrol' will become less frequent. It is like learning control over any other body function.
Some people believe nudity and sex are interrelated and cannot be seperated. Perhaps they place the instant gratification of arousal over allowing themselves to experience the benefits and pleasure of being natural. There is a proper time and place for arousal which is mainly kept as an intimate private affair between two people.
