Here are some beaches you may want to try.
Alberta
I currently don't know of any. Drop me a line if you do.
British Columbia
Wreck Beach in Vancouver
Canada's first official clothing-optional beach located below the University of BC campus in Pacific Spirit Regional Park.
The main section of Wreck beach is accessed by Trail 6 which starts across the road from Gate 6. On a hot weekend day, the people at the bottom of this long steep trail will number in the thousands. Food and drink (and many other items) are amply available, including a wide selection of beer despite the fact that its sale and consumption are illegal here. When crowded, the atmosphere is quite festive. On cooler days, and especially during the week, it is more subdued.
Directions - Head west on 4th, 10th, 16th, or 41st Avenue, or on Southwest Marine Drive. When you reach the campus, locate Gate 6 on Marine Drive and park in the visitor (pay) lot. (Check the campus information maps or ask for directions if necessary.) Gate 4 also leads to public (pay) parking and is suitable if you are going to use trail 4.
Ontario
Hanlan's Point in Toronto
Canada's second official clothing-optional beach is on the west shoreline of Hanlan's Point,
which is part of the landmass known as Toronto Island, and runs in a crescent shape south from the airport boundary. It is in a perfect location for a clothing-optional beach being over 5 km from where the island residents live. The beach itself is screened by foliage which offers privacy. As many as 300 people may be found on the beach at peak times, and its popularity has boosted small-scale businesses like clothing optional cafe's, umbrella rental shops, etc. Even though Hanlan's Point beach was only recently designated clothing-optional nude sunbathers have been using it for many decades. This high quality beach is very under-utilized, but is growing in popularity as it becomes known.
Directions - Hanlan's Point Beach is reached using the Toronto Island ferries at the foot of Bay Street.
Saskatchewan
Paradise Beach in Saskatoon
Also nick-named 'Bare-Ass Beach'.
The area continues to be used by both nudists and clothed persons. The unofficial nude area seems to be to the left as you face the water. When the water level of the river is low there can be miles and miles of sandbars and a lot of shallow warm water. Be careful how far you go out though, the South Saskatchewan river can kill. The current is very, very fast in the main water flows.
The location out of town, the banks of the river and foliage provide a secure feeling in a wide open environment. The sign states sun up to sun down, but unfortunately, there are "textiles" that sometimes come to party late at the beach and leave garbage (broken beer bottles, cans, chip bags, etc.) Please try and leave the beach cleaner than you found it.
Directions - Proceed south from the intersection of Dundonald and 11th Street. Do not turn, this eventually becomes Valley Road. At 18.35 km turn left onto Range Road 3063 (gravel). Approximately 2.5 km further on there will be a parking area on the left. A foot path beyond a white gate leads to the beach.
